practice lattice, partial-sum, and traditional algorithms for multiplication.
Students will use traditional division to verify their multiplication. Students
will study the desert ecosystem and prepare an investigation they can conduct

“Convivencia”
In third
grade, it is extremely important for students to strengthen academic and
metacognitive skills, so that in their upcoming years as Gimnasianos…… are full
of success stories. Parents, we are
asking that you help your son at home understand the importance of the
following key points.
·
Empathy and Friendship: students have
created great bonds these past few years, and we would like for students to
continue working on creating new friendships and strengthening their old ties
with their peers
·
Time Management: making sure students are using their time wisely in class, being punctual to all
classes, and listening or reading instructions carefully
·
Planning: combined with time management, students need to use their agendas
to ensure they have all the tools necessary to plan ahead
·
Awareness of Personal Strengths and Weaknesses: students should be aware of their
strengths and weaknesses and of those of others, likewise students should work
on improving their weaknesses and use their strengths to help themselves and
others succeed
